Untill the end of his internship this will be Martijn territory so watch your steps =)

Hello, meet Martijn Bastiaans our new intern, from the HKU in Hilversum.
He started today, and during his internship he will be focussing on visual effects, animation and motion graphics.
Maurits will be supervising and together they will kickoff with a new Nike project.

Somehow (we don’t know who registered us) we were selected as finalists for the Golden Award in Montreux with the stop motion animation we did for Onitsuka Tiger assigned by Strawberry frog. As PSYOP with the Coca Cola Happiness Factory commercial as our main opponent we expected nothing.. And if you have seen the Happiness Factory commercial you know that this was a lost battle… For us it felt nice to be one of the finalists next to PSYOP …

On September 1 we will be moving to a new office. It’s right around the corner from our current one, but it’s a bit cozier. We can’t wait. With the new office we’ll have a nice edit room we can actually fit into with clients and enough seats to double the size of the team.

About three year ago we moved into our first office — a few desks inside someone else’s office on an attic, ooogh and with an ugly red carpet on the floor.
We left there after two years and moved to a big shared industrial designed advertising agency styled 600 square meters office. A space we didn’t fit in.

The new office used to be a travel agency and over the course of the last two months we’ve been painting, getting network cables over the place, building desks and getting an edit room in the split ground floor.

We are almost there. Just a couple of weeks away.
